That's great, but what about it makes it a filler?
You realize she probably went through the process with multiple slots on the track list picking which song would go where. There are probably multiple EDM songs that she had to choose between for the Donatella slot for example, and Fashion! seemed to be fairly last minute.
Just because it was the final choice doesn't make it filler... the fact that she had such a hard time choosing which song made it shows that she probably loved both a ton. If she didn't think either were good enough for the album then she would've removed the slot altogether.
