She was confirmed to be the Red Coat flying the plane in 3x24 to the Lodge. That Red Coat was wearing an Alison mask. She pulled all of the girls out, except Hanna. Her red coat was discovered in 4x01 in the rubbish left from the fire. In the ending of that episode, we see Black Widow, whose side of her Alison mask is burnt.
Alison even confirmed herself she only showed up after and pulled Hanna out.
