Selling 100M singles WW with radio ban and less promo is not bad. It is amazing. She got banned on radio. She didnt do heavy promos for second half od her entire career. Some singles from her first dew eras didnt have proper release. And she sold so many albums already. I dont see how it is bad.
She sold more singles than Xtina, Pink, Alicia Key, Justin Timberlake, Backstreet Boys, N Sync, ... and Beyonce barely outsell her with heavy promos exposures.

The sales you need to be certificated change every few years. I'm not exactly sure how they do it with old albums. Do they need 300.000 for Platinum (that's how much the needed during the time they got released) or 200.000. (that's how much a album needs at the moment). Either way BOMT should be at least at 3x and Oops 4x or close to 4x.

Not sure if this is included but after owning SYGers with actual and factual stats it reminded me.
Stevie wonder is the youngest male to achieve a #1 with their debut album and single
Britney was and I'm thinking still is the youngest female and on top of that it was simultaneously #1 (album and single) at the same time.
If not already included, that might be a stat to consider adding
