Please, it's obvious. Basically everyone slayed it this round, and I was the only one who got "Not even close" to fitting in with my album, and my song got panned across 2/3 judges (I know your reviews were meant to be ambiguous and I actually found them very helpful, so thank you).

But... it's pretty clear that I'm the bottom this week, and I don't think my average will be able to save me. Maybe if there were two or three other contestants who did an okay job and had lower average scores, but pretty much everyone killed it.

I'm upset, but I knew I was taking a massive risk doing this and it didn't pay off. But I know it'll be best to just start accepting my fate now so when it's revealed in the results I'm not so surprised.

All I'm doing is preparing myself for the very likely event of my elimination tomorrow, I'm not gonna post a meltdown essay or anything like that. I know my mistakes, I never should have gone against what I know and written for an artist I'm largely unfamiliar with, that was stupid and I was blinded by my "ooh I wanna write a rap song!!!1" mentality. Plus, rap evidently isn't my strong suit anyway. It was a classic case of a triangle trying to be a circle. It's just not gonna happen.

I don't know what Bloomers and Fefe's critiques will be like, but I know Bloomers is a rap fan and Fefe is very familiar with MBDTF, so if TT didn't feel like it met the brief, I'm sure they didn't either. Even if I'm not eliminated, I'm going to be so far down the ranking that I'll feel disappointed regardless. But it is what it is, I tried something and it backfired. You live and you learn.

Sam, my score for you is not as bad as the review makes it seem. I thought the second verse was really good for a non-rap writer and, in all honesty, I did slip you some extra points for taking a risk, ngl. I mean, you clearly know you're not heading for another #1, but it's too early to be scared like that
