The point is that even people who want to download it legally can't do so because it's locked away on some "exclusive" service. There are people who will ALWAYS download illegally. That goes without saying. That isn't the issue here. The issue is those who want to download legally but can't.
I will use myself as an example. If the song were on itunes, I would have downloaded it immediately, without even listening beforehand. As it's on Tidal, I had to download it illegally.I don't have a Tidal subscription. Even if I wanted to get one, I wouldn't be able to as it's not available where I am right now. I also don't see myself buying it if/when it eventually gets on itunes, because after listening to it several times, I don't think I like it very much.
In your case it's understandable.....they're probably working on making Tidal available everywhere but I think it's just not easy.

Like i was going to buy it as soon as it come out on but bc it wasn't on itunes I now wont.
We all know that the album will be announced like 1 week before it drops, if not the day before. FFS was surprise released, BBHMM was announced 1 day before it dropped & AO was kinda surprise released as well. That's how it works for Roc Nation artists now.
