If Britney incorporated the disastrous performance into her Music Video for "Gimme More", she could save her reputation. This is what I mean.
KEEP AN OPEN MIND
1. The Video starts and its Britney watching people mocking her on TV after her performance, with clips of it flashing by.
2. She walks to her computer, checks an e-mail from "fan51" saying "Britney, GIVE US MORE! That performance wasn't your best"
3. Thats when the Music kicks in.
"It's Britney Bitch"
4. She is shown getting changed into sexy clothes (she is initially just in a robe, distraught, seemingly after the show)
5. The next 30 seconds of the song shows her making her way to her limo. She jams to the first chorus in the limo with a hot routine.
6. Finally, by the time we reach the bridge, she is about to go on stage. For the final chorus she is shown with Criss Angel doing the magic, and its just an explosive performance with pyrotechnics and flashes and a hot routine. Did I mention she would be in much better shape here too?
7. The video ends after this "hot performance", with her leaving the same way she left the stage at the VMA's.
You may call me crazy, but this just sprung to my mind. She needs to hire me to direct "Gimme More".
But seriously, it could help her, and the whole thing could be like a promotional trick.
I didn't want to post this in her thread because I don't just want Britney fans responding. Remember I'm not really a fan of hers
