I doubt she'd go to Max for the base sound of the record if she still wanted it to be classified as a Country album. I mean, Max does produce Country music but again, I doubt she'd go to him if she wanted that.

I don't think there'll be more than 3 Max songs in LP5 so yes, She still can classify this album as country album as long as 50% or more songs in this album are country.
Her friendships are PR though... its just another form of a PR relationship to make her seem more appealing so people can buy her albums. Im sure she gets along with people though.

There's nothing arrogant or insecure about retweeting a compliment. She's simpliy make sure her fans see the tweet to get them hyped. And that's pretty much it imo. Plus Gaga said she told her at the AMAs that she lives for the applause too so..
