Ideally, I'd like a short album with no features that's cohesive with 1 or 2 producers. I'm after a body of work. 10 tracks is neat.
Sonically, no formulaic production. I want a pop meets 80s new wave sound with synthesisers, catchy guitar riffs and quirky hooks. No "folk-dance" vibes. That's been done to death and can stay in 2013.
As for her writing team, I'd like it to be limited to her and one to two other collaborators (preferably her new producers). No Sia, Ester Dean, Bonnie McKee or any other of those established female writers that have associations with the 'Dream Team'. They write hits for everyone and will make her sound like she's still in 2010.

I'm here for this, I don't really care for collabs and the less writers she works with the better.
