She's really good against Mega Man and Samus and projectile-heavy players. Just pull out reflect every now and then and you can also use it to push people away. Auto-reticle is good in 4-player smash if you just kind of get far away and let the others fight while you just shoot them over and over again
counter is useful every now and then, like if someone is coming at you with a dash attack or something.
Her smashes are where she's really interesting to play. If someone with really good aerial game tries to jump in front of you and back aerial you or anything like that, you have a lot of options. Reflect to push them away, counter, or my favorite: up smash. Her up smash has amazing range and it works great on people who try to do that aerial trick like Jigglypuff or Luigi or Mario. It also works great on people who spam Link's aerial down and Kirby's brick.
As for moving around the stage I just run from one end to the other most of the time, and when someone is chasing after me I'll turn around and push them with reflect or counter or smash attack them
Palutena is pretty weird to play as, but she has some good tricks
She deserves the love. And I would just be sitting here like hihihi I've supported her all this time
