Yeah! peaked at 207.5 million. That's about the maximum of Pop, Rhythmic and Urban (75 + 75 + 60). I doubt there were songs besides We Belong Together that reached #1 on those three formats simultaneously while also getting plays on the AC stations. So if Mariah passes the 210 million mark, she'll probably have the new record.
