She did so much promo for R4 even tho it flopped so hard so idk why she won't promote a hit album

I don't know maybe for the fact she being doing 100 promo spot a year since 2005 while also touring ever year since she started, it take a toll on your body after awhile and I think her body can't really take that anymore just look at the end of 2011 beginning 2012 where she was constantly sick and was hospitalized 2-3times.
If we were to count all the promo and tour dates, I'm pretty sure we would understand why she doesn't do promotion as much.
As if touring would stop her from releasing an album 
at you thinking she going to promote even if she doing nothing
