No, it isn't His case has BEEN over. He is just on probation and keeps getting in trouble for other things, which is why he went to jail. He avoided jail time completely regarding the Rihanna thing. And only spent like 2 months in jail all together, which is outstanding considering all the fights, law suits and trouble he's been in WHILE on probation.

If Christ himself had have stayed out of trouble, he would have BEEN of probation already years ago and wouldn't have spent a minute in jail. Uncle Mark is great.

It's not

And CB got off for a felony. That is huge. And despite violating his probation a good amount of times, he still didn't end up in jail. He went to jail for like 3-4 months for a rehab violation. And more recently walked free from an assault charge. Pls. Kesha is in good hands.

Sure, but I guess it's more about what their behavior represents about parental responsibility than anything. What did you think of it besides that?

It wasn't perfect and I have a few problems with it, especially considering the long run, but right now it seems to be the best we got on air. Of course it's just a pilot, the episode in which the most effort is usually put in, so.
