Her iHeart performance was amazing imo and you can't be expecting better than this from her, that's just how she is now as a performer, that's her style. Y'all should know this by now.
You do her a huge disservice when you say things like "this is her style." Laziness is not a style. Half-assing is not a style. She can do better. She's done better. MILES better. We've seen her do better. Several times over. Maybe she was having a bad day. Maybe she didn't rehearse enough. Neither of those is acceptable or excusable, but they're a lot more reasonable than claiming it's "her style."

As for AO, y'all are judging a song from a live performance with a f***** up audio, we could barely hear the backing track / instrumental. Listen to how the hook / verse sounds in the March Madness commercial, that's 10 times better than what we heard last night.
Y'all are saying her performance was tragic last night compared to DirecTV, but we only got LQ videos from her DirecTV set. I've watched a few videos from last night taken by fans who attended the festival, it almost sounds nothing like the livestream.
I think some people are 'overreacting' (those saying they're stopping stanning etc)
But I understand some of the frustration about last nights performance.. it's like she gives no ****s and you can't just say it's her performing style .. That ain't an excuse for bad vocals and skipping notes and looking like you want to be elsewhere

A Night (Intro) - was epic, but the backdrop was a bit lacklustering.
RS101 - good performance, can't complain. I'm just so over that particular song being performed
AO - she was obviously nervous, it was her 1st time singing it. that and her earpiece trouble, I thought she did good.
Rude Boy - her earpiece wasn't working again, I wish she'd do choreo for it tho.
LYL/RTT/AOTL - as usual, good but nothing amazing.

WFL/WHYB - technical difficulties, she hit the notes in both WFL & WHYB at DirectTv perfectly, with the exact same arrangement.
Stay - earpiece ****ed her over
Diamonds - perfect as always.
So all in all, considering her ear-piece, technical difficulties, playing a festival with new songs and arrangements, she was gonna be nervous. It was also freezing, I think she was sick. She was pissed by the 2nd song so that obvs had an effect. Everybody that went said they had a great time, so that's all that matters!
Go and watch the DirectTv performance she did a couple months back, much better with much better vocals. So clearly, she was either sick or her technical difficulties made her feel embarrassed idk
American oxygen sounded perfectly fine in IG clips. Again the audio from the stream is giving a false impression.
& lostinparadise are you really complaining about her outfit it was cold as hell out there hence why she had on a hoodie and fur coats.
She even talked about the lack of heat mid perfoance.
it was cold in all of these pictures, but they still managed to dress appropriately. She could of gone for something with long sleeves and still looked better than what she was wearing. It's been happening ever since TMT. It comes across as lazy imo.
I'm tired of these fake ass Navy dragging Rih as if. Look Rih had technical difficulties. It happens to everyone in their career. Get over it or jump off the ship. You won't be missed.
