I think people overrate Taeyeon's English singing a lot. She's OK with a lot of rehearsal, but Cheap Creeper was quite recent and her pronunciation wasn't great at all. She was only given a few lines and it didn't sound good, she was similar to Sunny.
Seohyun is way better, she's some kind of genius because she seems to get the accent right in the languages she knows. Obviously they can't match Jessica or Tiffany. But I think Taeyeon would need some more training for her accent if they did this subunit in English.
