Lisicki has a lot of potential, but so do a lot of the women on tour. Most of them will not live up to the hype. Pavlyuchenkova, Lisicki &Goerges to name a few should be ranked much higher than they are. They're just so inconsistent.

Lisicki has played some really awful tennis this year, that's why I went against her. Even at Wimbledon she was playing some horrible tennis. The match against Sharapova was the exception.

It's my fave. I love the night matches. I just happen to be sooo tired right now I'll get some caffeine
The main problem with Powerpova is that she exhorts so much energy in her shots and in her serves that as soon as she hits them, she takes longer to recover to her neutral position. Her power was useless against Serena because Serena's "frame" recovery is at an advantage. She returns the ball back to Maria before Maria could even recover from all that exhorting.
Maria and Vika play really badly against Serena and she plays really well against them. I'm not sure why Masha has faded so badly when she had success against Serena early on in their head to head.

I love the night matches too! Sky have great coverage of it on the red button.

I guess it's because they're both similar in playing style, and that Serena has the formula down to calculate both of their games that easily

I don't think they're all that similar besides the grunting. Vika is normally much more consistent but doesn't hit as many winners as Maria. Her serve is also very mediocre. Maria's can crank up the DFs, but when it's working her serve is a major weapon.
She gave it her all but the tennis isn't there yet.
