Basically you send HotDamnMiley a rate out of 10 on how good you think something is (in this case, her scandals) so for example if you think the TCAs Pole Dance is her best, then you'd put 10/10, and if you think the Bong Video was the worst then you'd rate it 0/10, and so on. Then once everybody sends their rates, he'll calculate the averages of each one and then reveal the rankings in here one by one, in a countdown sort of thing.

I'm considering this basically just a practice run so we can hold an actual rate for her songs or albums or something in the future though.
