(i think this is the only A ending where we see both ‟big‟ and ‟uber‟ A. earlier in the episode, CeCe said that she owed Aria a favor which is why they turn the bottle from Aria to Spencer)
If this isn't the biggest clue that there are two.... But then again that was during the time Mona & Toby were working together. All so confusing.

Someone set Alison up. They told her to leave her house and meet them somewhere during the same time Mona was killed, but they never met her (I think it was Cyrus). That's how they set her up for the fall. Alison really wasn't involved at all. She just showed up after it was discovered.
I have another theory.
What if who attacked Mona in her home wore that same Ali mask again and that's what made Mona gasp? Because she was attacked by whoever was in the mask before.

Because she was lowkey glad she didn't have to worry about Mona anymore/she thought Mona finally got what she deserved.
CeCe is perfect tho, she's not close enough to the main cast where Marlene will succumb to fan crying (like Ezra) but she's prominent enough where it'll be a worth while
