Watch out for that one. He made my list. Just another one of those losers who act as though Exhale was a popularity contest you got to win by bashing Britney and her REAL fans (or "delusional Britards" as the ~cool kids~ call it) while crying about freedom of speech and respecting opinions and totally ignoring their own hypocrisy and failure to uphold the same values. I'm also fairly certain he was one of those Beyonce trolls who started bashing Britney and basically attacked the forum as a whole when she released her surprise album

So much Drama
I'll follow up this storyline. Should turn into an interesting soap opera.

Hello, My Name is Nat and what really has attracted me to Atrl is the fact that it is a great forum for music. Music is one of my favorite interests. I am an older dude (50). I do not know what the average age group is on this site; but I enjoy all sorts of music from the Beatles to the Rolling Stones, to Justin Timberlake, Bon Jovi, Queen, Paul Mcartney. Even to what the younger crowd enjoys. But, to tell you the truth, Taylor Swift, is my favorite artist. and, my interest in her only came into being in the last year. I purchased a laptop last year and prior to that I hadn't paid any attention to Taylor Swift. As I surfed through web sites, I came across twitter feeds on the Red Tour, I found it quite interesting, the number of followers she has and the amount of respect (and disrespect) that she has recieved. I started following some of the concert feeds on You Tube and was blown away. Then I started listening to every one of Taylor's album songs from 2006 to present and find myself repeating them over and over again. Even though Taylor does write a lot about ex-boyfriends, that is not what interests me, but it is the way that Taylor puts together a lyrical masterpiece using Metaphors and other devices and she gets her sound to stick in your head.
So, next (I hope you don't think I am obsessed), I would google Taylor Swift often, just to see what is new (New album? Chart positions? etc) and I happened to come across ATRL. So ATRL has been in my list of sites to visit, just to see what people are saying. So here I am.
My favorite Taylor Songs? I could list them all. It depends on the mood, for me. But I would place All Too Well (ATW) at the top. Enchanted is another of my favorites, not because of the lyrics, but because of the build-up in the music, then it goes quiet (Please Don't be in Love With Someone else..) only to build up again (The night is sparkling...). Long Live does the same sort of thing; there is a buildup in sound. I know that some of the older songs that Taylor wrote are more juvenile (talking about fairytales and princesses and castles) but they are still great songs. Taylor, after all was a lot younger when she wrote these. But as Taylor grows older, I would expect to hear more sophisticated songs and I believe that she has already started that with the Red album.
I will, however, listen to all kinds of music, even if it is not to my tastes. I like songs with melodies. My genres are Pop/ Rock/ Alt / Indie/ some country/ some hip-hop). Rap, I don't really like, but will listen to it if it has some sort of melody behind the beat. I'll even listen to Classical, although not too often. But just to let you guys know, I like to promote Taylor Swift as you can see by my avatar. Why did I choose TayGod as a screen name. Well I couldn't use TayLord because it was already taken. I am actually surprised that TayGod wasn't taken already.
So thank you all for having me here and Happy New Years!

Hi! I came across ATRL a while ago, and I'm glad that I finally got to join. I'll listen to pretty much anything, but my favorite music is pop, and my least favorite would probably be country (although I like Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift). My favorite artist is Britney Spears. Baby One More Time was my first album, and I've been a fan ever since. My favorite album is (the highly underrated) Circus. I also love listening to music from Rihanna, Madonna, Jennifer Lopez, Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Kelly Rowland, Christina Aguilera, Danity Kane, Fergie, Katy Perry, Mariah Carey, Nicki Minaj, Selena Gomez, and Imagine Dragons. School is my top priority right now, but I also love to read, watch movies and TV, go out with my friends, play video games, and listen to music (obviously). I always get a good laugh looking at some of the posts on here, and I'm excited that I can finally participate!

Um, I'm not going to give my real name lol. Its cool that you guys feel comfortable doing that tho.
Anyway a little about me:
I'm male. I'm 26 years old. I live in Melbourne, Australia. I currently hold down two jobs, one in an office working as a Data Manager where I basically process raw data from spreadsheets in order to gain information about our client base and generate leads to enter into our CRM software for other staff members to use when they contact clients + general admin duties and supporting other staff members on an ad hoc basis. My second job is as a kitchen hand working on a contract basis with a company that basically gets called up by restaurants, cafes, hotels, etc. requiring someone to fill in a position on a temporary basis, its a more menial job but as an independent contractor I get paid at a higher rate than any staff that is actually on their roster so I'm happy to do it. ;-)
I like all types of music but mostly rock, gothic, ambient, soundscapes, etc. My biggest concern is that it should sound interesting but also be GOOD. I don't really care much for pop stars (especially ones from this generation) but I LOVE Britney Spears. I live for her music and her voice, and its been that way ever since I went for this girl's birthday party when I was 11 years old and heard (You Drive Me) Crazy for the first time. My sister also forced me to listen to her debut album back in 1999 and I came out a lifelong stan once the CD ended lol. I just love the sound of her voice, it feels like everything good in the world boiled down to one single object. Britney Spears and Billie Joe Armstrong are my Madonna and Axl Rose. They have been the soundtrack to my life for 15 years.
As for why I joined ATRL, well, I've known about this place for years, so long that i don't even remember how I found out about it. I've lurked and read stuff here for ages but there never seemed to be an open registration period, I always missed them when ATRL had them but I'm so glad I managed to slip in this time
I CAN NOT handle exhale anymore. That forum is full of children who think they know **** all yet have zero ****ing idea what they are talking about. Racism and homophobia run amok. The mods don't do jack **** to actually MODERATE the forum. You cant even call it a fan site, its filled with trolls and haters and I am getting too damn old to put up with that bull****. I'm now a member of Britney-Galaxy.com and now ATRL so I have got my pop culture/Britney fix sorted. **** those ********
As for why I am interested in ATRL, well i have been following the charts since the ITZ era learning how everything works, and I studied Accounting and Finance in university, so sales and charts in general do appeal to me even if the music doesn't. Gotta admit though, you will probably see me post more regularly when Britney is active and has something going on in her career compared to when she's not releasing anything.
I think that's all the relevant information. I am trying to lead a more active social life as part of my New Year's Resolution so I might not post as much, but hey we all got smartphones so it will be easy for me to pop in and leave a quick comment no matter where I am or what I am doing so I'm sure y'all will see me around.

Wow. Welcome anyways I know how u feel about exhale. That place is a disgrace. Head over to the britney base and introduce urself there too
