Nobody has had access to official old album totals. And UKmix goes based off of the BB200 charts which has incorporated tea/sea for a while.

28* - 3 = 25million

25million from 3 albums (TF, BTW and ARTPOP) > 14.1m* from 3 albums (OOTB, TD and PRISM)

And Katy literally declined a lot from TD to PRISM so idk about getting bigger each era. The only plus she has on TD era was touring.

a pretty big difference tbh especially considering gaga only has 4 albums (if you count monster)
