It won't make it that long... Soon the Christmas songs and the Best of 2011 tracks are taking over on the radio.

But still 2 weeks would be quite realistic

On paper it sounds like a lot but the only competition right now is IWR and SAIKI. The latter seems to be peaking in AirPlay and is currently 35 million behind and it has yet to build a large enough sales lead as WFL never got more than 10% behind with both versions combined. IWR on the other hand has had a lot of sales but again WFL had double the amount of AirPlay and even as of right now is still ahead of it in sales with both versions combined. What else is really competition for WFL as of right now? Radio is slowing down already which means WFL should be able to keep it's massive lead over it's competition meanwhile the sales seem to be stable enough as well. I know it seems ambitious but it would appear that it's going to be #1 for the rest of the year and even into next year. Unless of course something comes out of the blue to entirely shake the charts up. That'd be insane though if she had that many weeks at #1.

Yeah the christmas songs and best of 2011 taking over radio would work in WFL's favour none of it's competitors could creep up to match her airplay and as it stands now no one looks to be able to get to #1 on iTunes and buid up a large enough lead to make up for the AirPlay difference.

Yep. Also, X Factor is almost always guaranteed #1 for Christmas, so she'd lose against them in the UK...

I'm happy WFL has done so well though! When I first heard it, I honestly never expected the public to react so well to it, because it was pretty different to anything she'd tried before. It was very "clubby".
