The albums are ordered form highest seller to lowest seller

and the decrease is natural over the years, she actually have an increase from "Blackout" to "Circus".

but yeah I agree , she should take care of the Japanese Market , however judging by "Femme Fatale" sales (nearly 60K in Japan) , With the right material, right comeback and right singles her next album could reach the 100K with no problems.

It must've sold 2 million digital copies outside of the US by the end of 2009, it passed the 3 million-mark last November in the US and it became one of her biggest hits there.

I found one source for October 2009 that said like 2.36 million. I'm using this to try to estimate where it should be worldwide, and I've got about 7 million worldwide. Does that sound accurate?

Yep, that's how I calculated it. I assumed that the average growth rate globally should b approximately equal to its growth rate in the States over the years, which was about 28% of the original (November) sales figure. So with that 5.5 million, I took 28% of that and added it and it came out to 7 million.
