I strongly belive "3" was recorded in 2008. Why? Because if you donloaded the raw stems that leak you'd see some cache files are dated as 2008 & not 2009.
Max Martin did say Britney recorded some songs with her in 2009 but I think those songs were I Wanna Go & Criminal, not 3. Also remember some people thought they were re-recording If U Seek Amy to make it less explicit around that same time but when we got the Clean Version (If U See Amy) it was obvious they just edited out the "K"īs.
