Everything that is going to make the year-end top 10 will have already been released. It's very, very, very rare for a song released in August or later to make the year-end top 10, they have a better chance at getting in the year-end top 10 of 2013, if anything. For example, look at last year:
1. Rolling in the Deep - on iTunes since 2010
2. Party Rock Anthem - released in January
3. Firework - on iTunes since 2010
4. E.T. - on iTunes since 2010
5. Give Me Everything - released in March
6. Grenade - on iTunes since 2010
7. Forget You - on iTunes since 2010
8. Super Bass - on iTunes since 2010
9. Moves Like Jagger - released in June
10. Just Can't Get Enough - on iTunes since 2010
I think songs that are likely to make this year's year-end top 10 might be Somebody That I Used to Know, We Are Young, Call Me Maybe, Starships, Good Feeling, Sexy and I Know It, Stronger, Glad You Came, Set Fire to the Rain and Payphone.
