As Taylor Swift goes dubstep, Clarkson veers south with a squishy Eighties-style duet along the lines of Dolly Parton and Kenny Rogers' "Islands in the Stream." It's a paean to extended foreplay with a slightly awkward vocal hook ("Stopping every minute/Just because you're in it"). But the girl's got pipes, and creates some heat with Nashville multi-tasker Gill.

2.5? But I agree that the chorus is rather bland. I think that's my biggest problem with the song. And the bridge isn't much better. But I'm fine with CMB and PLU being the only songs I used. 66%
