I'm saying that Brit had more of a drive and cunning at 16-21 than Madonna did at that age. Of course, once Madonna flopped as a dancer and realized pop superstar was the way to go, the rest is history.
That's a lie. You obviously don't know madonnas real story or life.
Britney was successful in her teens because she was a teen-pop project by her label; a label puppet in essence. And in saying that means none of her success was from talent. Everything about BOMT, OIDIA, Britney, and ITZ was pre-made for her. She put in no work until after her label wanted nothing to do with her.
Britney is not the blue-print for the modern celebrity. She's still viewed as a mentally-unstable pop star by most. Madonna is known for her talent and success, not for her breakdown. Notice there is a very big difference. Every label wants their own Madonna, not a Britney Spears. Having an artist with Madonna-like success means 30 years of money, not 5.
If you think Bey and Nicki and Rih etc dont bleach you must be blind. Nicki wears contacts and Rih does it to make her eyes look lighter because the blacks worship those light skinned gurls.
Don't tell me dating a light skinned person isn't often considered great in the black community. Sad.
Are you trying to shade Julianne Moore? I dunno why you would. She's in a completely different lane than Angelina. Julianne Moore has acted in a wide genre of movies; she never let herself get forced into the "romance girl" or the "action girl". Her private life is, for the most part, private. I can't even remember the last time I read anything scandalous involving her. She lets her talent speak for itself. She does not need to rely on gimmicks or a slit in her dress to get her name out there.

The Madonna model doesn't completely work in the Internet era. If your whole schtick is based off of outfits and creating faux controversy, you pretty soon run out of things that are shocking. Look at Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga.
The Britney model does work and IS being used every day. People are interested and completely enthralled with celebrity and the ups and downs of it. Twitter, gossip sites, etc, keep giving them more of the low down.
Britney originally followed the Madonna model, but as her life spiraled out of control, the Britney model became more interesting to the public than simply having a great performance or shocking outfit.
Personal lives trump artistry in this day and age. Sad, but true.
i do care about her health. And no, I don't think her team forced her out completely. Circus era, Britney herself was pretty eager to redeem herself.
Performing is all Britney knows. Without it, she's just a celebrity ala Legend X right now. I think she would hate that.
doesn't look like performing is all she knows.
I don't think she ever know what she really wants, she's just damaged goods now.
What? Nothing in my argument has to deal with how old I am. My argument still stands if I was 5, 20, 40, whatever age.
Lol I just think it's weird since you practically didn't even live during Britney's and Madonna's primes, yet you're saying all of this buffoonery that you probably got from ATRL.
Madonna is the blue-print of every major pop star for a reason. She outlasted her competition by utilizing the skills she had and evolving. Her competitors like Mariah, Janet, etc. all flopped about one or two eras into their prime and slipped away into irrelevancy and lackluster success since then. Madonna has peaked, flopped, and been on top again. Most of these girls are just peaking and then flopping with everything afterwards.
Both Mariah and Janet have flopped regained. You're so delusional if you think you stan for something more than sleazy desperate attention seeker. You can argue that Madonna has contributed more to pop culture but she did not contribute anything to music. Currently people have more use for Mariah and Janet than they do Madonna. Thats because her career always relied on her being attention seeking and its so sad that this is the legacy that she left.

I know you're trying to make a point, but this is a complete crock of ****. It's hard to even craft an adequate response because every sentence has multiple delusions that need to be dealt with. I wouldn't even know how to begin.

Madonna rode off of controversy, many artists do this. However she evolved with her skits musically and image wise. Clearly those skits worked well enough to give her a 30 year-long career and to become the best-selling female artist in music history, and by a wide factor as well.
People emulate both, but Madonna is miles more influential than Britney was and ever will be. And why is Twitter being brought into this? Social media typically represents what's currently hot.
I somewhat see your point, but her breakdown is NOT something people idolize and admire. People find her breakdown more humorous than "interesting". At the end of the day, Madonna is miles more influential than Britney is.

You know nothing about black culture, stop pretending.
None of them bleach, they would need to take complete BLEACH BATHS on a regular basis for it to work and their skin would be blotchy and very bad, Beyonce is known for great skin.
Move on now.
And Rihanna has green eyes, Britney wears contacts.
