No, not really. No matter the position she holds, everything she does will always be viewed or held to a different standard than anyone else. That is just the unfortunate story of Hillary's life in the public arena. When she left office in 2012, she was praised as one of the best SoS in years by both political parties. There literally is a video of half the 2016 GOP Primary Nominees, praising her work she did as Secretary. Fast forward to 2013, people got wind of her potentially running again and they went out of their way to destroy all merits she built over that time as SoS.
As someone said previously, they all love her when she isn't running for something against their party, but when she does.....
