On one hand, she has so much experience and has the respect of so many foreign leaders and nations.
On the other hand, it opened her up to so many scandals and made her seem like a war hawk to the millennials while in 2008 she was just a nice white lady.

I just wish more Americans would trust her and not see her as crooked Hillary. SoS is definitely a nice thing to have as a background for running as president, but her tenure affected her campaign negatively a lot more than it should've have.

I don't think Hillary has as big of a problem with Millennials as many insist. Millennials, however, have way too many unrealistic expectations of the real world. They want a perfect, polished candidate that can deliver progressive results and change the tide to uber liberal in a matter of a night.

I get so annoyed when people, Millennials in particular, think there aren't any good options this election. Hillary is literally overqualified to be president at this point.

You're assuming her time as Senator would be easy. They probably would've just focused on another non scandal.

Also I feel like her being SOS helps more than it hurts. More Americans DO trust her with foreign policy, and I always said it was the reason Bernie lost. And probably same with Trump because if this was an economy election she would be in trouble making that case.

And let's not forget she did do some really important work.

No, not really. No matter the position she holds, everything she does will always be viewed or held to a different standard than anyone else. That is just the unfortunate story of Hillary's life in the public arena. When she left office in 2012, she was praised as one of the best SoS in years by both political parties. There literally is a video of half the 2016 GOP Primary Nominees, praising her work she did as Secretary. Fast forward to 2013, people got wind of her potentially running again and they went out of their way to destroy all merits she built over that time as SoS.

As someone said previously, they all love her when she isn't running for something against their party, but when she does.....

Dorothy Rodham made sure she built a woman who could fight back at what life threw at her.

That's what I'm saying. They want their woke leader who'll just end ISIS with hugs and make education 100% free so Obama and Hillary seem like war hawks to them now when, in reality, they're demure in comparison to their predecessors.
