my friend created this accoutn for me...but before he did that...i created another account called RihannaNavy101 but from a diff computer anywhooo................i singed into my Rihdom account and they said i creted a duplicate accoutn so rihdom will never be able to participate in atrl again

I'm guessing He knew RihDom would be banned soon, hence he had like 9 warning points, so he tried to create a new account as a back up, but guess others knew it was him, and reported him. Now he's PERMABAND 
If he would've waited, RIHDOM would've been back on Feb 2. this is what the other message said :
