Let's see the advantages of Talk That Talk being release 8 more month from now (June).
1) Huge possibilty of going #1.
2) A lot of time to build hype around the album.
3) If she'll have no single out, people will miss her music, but won't forget her. 'Princess of China' and 'Take Care' are both surefire hits, and would hold up enough times.
4) More time to promote.
5) More time to invest into the quality of the album, and Rihanna could write and produce more.
6) "We Found Love" would still be the huge hit it is, and there would be more hype built up and more promotion which will result in the album being more successful.
Lady gaga's is just packed with too many fans. If it was critics an people who don't have any sides or stans, Im sure Rihanna would win 100%. Little monsters just cheat soo much. But oh well we'll teach them lesson when BTW or TFM goes up against 21
