She can work with young popular artists, of course, and I'm sure that it would be good for her (a collab with Rihanna would be amazing, even though I don't like her at all), but I don't really enjoy nowadays pop music/stars, so I would prefer her not to do that
I'm confused as to why you think those labels are wrong, unless you are one of those stick-up-your-ass music snobs that only considers bands with less than a dozen fans as indie.
I'm also here for Kanye and Gaga. Gaga sounds great on R&B and rap tracks, in my opinion. Kanye's the best in the game right now, and their creativity together in the studio would be amazing.

No. That is too straight and too cool for Gaga. She only collabs with old queens like Cher & Elton.
She gave a chance with Beyoncé, but hasn't she said in an interview she doesn't like to collaborate with her peers (or in general) because she thinks it's important to stand up on your own material? I don't think her ego would prevent her from doing features with younger artists to be honest.
