I can't check the Image Sequence box...

^Are you using CS3 Extended?

If yes then did you select the first image frame? You need to make sure the first frame is highlighted or it wouldn't work

I can see the Image Sequence box.. but even though I've highlighted the frame.. I still can't check the Image Sequence box..

From what I read, it's supposed to work with CS3 Regular but apparently it doesn't for a couple people here. I know it's a pain to have to download yet another program, but i'll PM you the links you need.

I think it would be interesting for you to make your traditional avatar in photoshop and see what's the time difference.

To make the pixel fonts sharp in PS, change the style from sharp to "none"

here is my first avatar i've made in a long while. the other one's i've made were with photoshop but with the cheap not good version. I think it came out pretty well for my first time even when using a YouTube ripped video!
