I listened to it in full today, all the way through and this is so good.. personally I like this much better than GKMC, i can listen to this album without having to skip over some songs.

I'm sure you listened for the beats and catchy hooks but didn't get the concept of GKMC. Also sure you aren't able to digest anything from this new album (especially after 1 listen) but it sounds intellectual so you're all for it.. Do you, tho.

Fascinating. Who even are you?

GKMC is bad for me and this is good, it's simple as that. If I was enjoying it because it ''sounds intellectual'' I would stan for Good Kid like everyone else and every critic in the world.

This album is way better. The racial question set the tone and he did the best with his struggles. My opinion won't change

I can honestly understand someone liking this and not liking GKMC. This is much more inventive stylistically, kendrick sounds more confident, and the instrumentation/ production is much better.

I always felt that Compton, Poetic Justice, and Good kid were all lackluster tracks, this one has no duds.

I can see a lot of this album making certain groups of people uncomfortable. None of his message is accusatory, but it's all very pointed. Azealia can learn a lot from Kendrick.
