They will release on 8th, so they will do promo for the song in the whole week (I think), and the live performance on friday 13th will help the song a lot, so on 15th, when the UK charts will be updated, the song will have probably a top 10 peak, hopefully top 5.

They put the international edition of Sucker on US iTunes, but the normal US edition and the clean edition are available too.
