Nope, and yeah. She hit top 40 on iTunes again after they finally dropped the album to $10, but of course that's only a digital discount. If the physical sales didn't do anything, then I doubt we'll be seeing her even on this "good" week for ARTPOP

iTunes means nothing. Leona's Xmas album stayed in the top 30 on iTunes for the longest but the highest it peaked at on the BB200 was 113.

The physical version is discounted at BestBuy,Target, Amazon, Kmart, Walmart, etc.

It doesn't need any discounts because it's still selling well months after it's release. If it wasn't, I'm sure retailers would move to lowering it's price. Cheap can always be made cheaper. After all albums like Prism, Artpop and Bangerz have all been sold at one time or another for prices way below their value. For $6.99 and even $3.99 and ****.
