Analysis:
Republic is being incredibly stupid right now. Releasing one song to HAC and one song to Pop never works, especially when an artist isn't very established and when one of the songs is a clear fan favorite. It hurts both songs' chart chances, as shelven pointed out earlier; every format that a song doesn't get sent to means less AI and lower on the overall radio chart, which helps determine the Hot 100. I have no idea why they don't just fully release Glory And Gore, to all formats, right now. Republic seems so tentative, hesitant, and unsure, and I'd like to think Lorde isn't the one making all of these seemingly arbitrary decisions. If Tennis Court is only released to pop, I predict that it ends up peaking outside of the top 5 out of the Hot 100, and maybe even outside of the top 10 and 15 becuase of a lack of radio support because G&G is being sent to HAC now. There is still not a Rhythmic adds date for TC or G&G, but whichever song is being sent to Rhythmic should just be sent everywhere. These past few weeks have been very poorly handled.
Aw that sucks. Dual releases never work anymore, they should have just pushed G&G. The public reacted to it by one simple commercial that didn't last long, so that shows potential. I'm sure it would have done fine. Mess.
Glory and Gore is still the pop single. AllAccess has updated and Glory and Gore's pop adds date has been moved from the 29th to the 22nd
EDIT: Wait a second.... The Republic website updated as well and Tennis Court is still the one going for pop adds and is also going for HAC adds now. What the hell is going on
So now there isn't ANY Lorde song on the "Future Releases" page... Quit this mess, Republic, and just pick a damn single already (preferably G&G so all that Alternative AI isn't useless)
