I will use the Madonna example again, because for the past like month they have been discussing literally every piece of music she has ever written and most of it doesn't contain insults. BASE EXISTS.

I think the no insulting groups of people in NHB is a little silly and will just cause more trouble than it's worth.
It's a personal attack so it technically should be in NHB, but because it involves a group of people it comes here...but you aren't supposed to attack people here?

For ****'s sake the reason people use NHB and SYG for their drama is because those threads are fequently visited and viewed, and even stickied.

Whenever people want the most attention for one of their opinions without making a new thread, they go there. I've done it, you've done it, we've all done it.

Why fault them for wanting their opinions and views to reach a large audience in the hopes of sparking conversation that will let them hear new opinions?

Well if the mods are cracking down on what the threads are actually meant for, then that general artist discussion shouldn't be allowed. Move to that artist's base thread and make it active.

I was taking issue with the user and the signature, NOT any of those artists or albums. I've shown consistent praise for all of them in the past.

That must have been a misunderstanding, since there are only albums mentioned in the signature, so other than that, was not sure what else you were hating or why you posted that.

How is that too general and vague? Tons of 2012 members have been trashy and annoying. It's the intent that matters. Do you honestly believe that ****y is too stupid to discern the difference between general ATRL chatter and an attack? ****y obviously thought it was NHB-appropriate, as do others at this point.

I called it out as pointless as my own attack to that post. I personally saw it not meeting NHB purpose. No warnings were given, so there's really no reason to have a cow about it. Relax.
