Pop That Lock?
Nirvana?
What kind of slayage?
Outlaws Of Love is the perfect closing track for the Standard Edition if you ask me and right after Underneath and Chokehold

And "Shady" has to be quite the sick track to be between Cuckoo and Never Close Our Eyes. I'm surprised to see BTIKM so late on the album. Is this their way to almost dispatch it as a single? Or maybe they just wanted to put in on the second "more emotional" half.

Adam singing Trespassing tonight at the NNN awards doesn't necesarily mean that is the next single, especially given what Adam said this week at a radio show. He said at a radio gig to a dj that it was between NCOE and one the dj hadn't heard. Since he played Trespassing, then Cuckoo could be what he's talking about. Or for that matter the other song could be Naked Love.
I will add that Kickin In was written by Pharrell. Naked Love was written by the team that did Moves Like Jagger. Trespassing is by Adam and Pharrell.

Hmm, I haven't been following this too closely but I was assuming they pushed the album back because of the massive BTIKM floppage.

At the end of the day, a label like RCA/19 wants a radio hit. I worked at RCA back in 2010 and like any other major, their goal is to make that money. Adam is still early in his career, so I highly doubt they're trying to shake things up that much with single choices, particularly given that the lead was such a flop. I just don't see that hit being "Trespassing", but who knows these days. Stranger things have happened!

His label's ****ing stupid if they're not releasing NCOE as the second single. Trespassing will flop so hard.

Well, it seem the single has not been decided as of yet.
From The Insider:
Quote:
THE TWO SIDES OF ADAM LAMBERT
I've got good news and I've got better news, Glam Nation -- after a few frustrating, but understandable, delays, Adam Lambert's sophomore album is locked and ready for release on May 15! That's the good news.
The better news is this firm drop date means Adam can finally embark on phase two of a new album release: promotion! And his first stop is Logo's New Now Next Awards -- taping tonight and airing Monday at 10 p.m.! Before Adam hits the red carpet (which you can watch online at 8:30 EST/5:30 PST), we caught up with him for an exclusive chat all about his performance, his promotional plans and how he's feeling now that Trespassing is ready for delivery!
Insider.com: So excited about your performance, Adam. What can you tease?
Adam Lambert: I don't want to tease too much, but I can tell you I'll be performing Trespassing – the title track from the album. It's a song I wrote with Pharell Williams. It's super funky and it's got a good, good groove. It's a throwback in kind of a new way.
Insider: Is that the next single?
Adam: I don't know what the next single is yet. It hasn't been decided. Because it's not decided and I'm so in love with this song, I wanted to perform it for the fans. It's a great introduction to the album and we wanted to take the opportunity to do that.
Insider: Why did you want to perform it on Logo's NNNA?
Adam: That's my community. I spent 10 years in Los Angeles as an out and proud gay man – and I continue to be. These are my brothers and sisters, the ones I party with at night, we have similar perks to our lifestyle and similar challenges. I think this song in particular is great because it addresses being told no, or being told you can't go somewhere or be something and standing up to that restriction. Saying, "I'm going to be a rebel and do what I want to do."
Insider: You revealed the Trespassing track listing late last night -- so it's safe to say the album is finally, 100% locked, right?
Adam: It's done – thank god [laughs]. I feel really proud about it. I think the extra time and effort and focus really paid off. The album feels real and different and cohesive. I think the people that were fans of mine from before will really enjoy this a lot – it's me, but it's me moving into a different direction. But I honestly believe it may attract some new fans as well.
Insider: Given how personal it is, does that make you more apprehensive about people reviewing it or critiquing it?
Adam: No. I'm craving that. I want the opportunity to show people who I am through my music. People know what I'm up to but they don't necessarily know how I feel about it. That's what is so beautiful about music, it's all about emotion – whether it's an upbeat party song or something a little darker, it's all about feeling. And I think people are going to get to know me as a three-dimension person, not just a celebrity with Trespassing.
Insider: Your look in the Better Than I Know Myself music video was a far cry from the image fans grew to love throughout For Your Entertainment's release and tour -- is that indicative of the look we can expect from you this time around?
Adam: The video was specific to the song, but the cool thing about the album is that it's a bit bipolar – like me. Not say that I suffer from that, technically speaking [laughs]. I haven't been diagnosed or anything, but maybe I should be [laughs]. But the album kind of has a split personality, much like the video. The light side of Adam in the album is a bit more fierce than the sweater-wearing Adam you saw in the video. It's really funky, has a lot of attitude and borrows a lot from house music. The dark side of the album is a bit more vulnerable. I'm dealing with the sadder, harder to take emotions. One of the things I think it accomplishes about me as a person is that sometimes you have to muster up pride and strength and courage to go out into the world and dare to be different. What lies beneath all of that posturing and peacocking is sometimes a bit more of a sensitive side. Something that might not be as strong. The beautiful thing about Trespassing is it shows my strengths and my weaknesses.
Insider: Can your fans expect a tour?
Adam: I definitely plan on touring with this album at some point. I don't know when, it's to be decided, but I kept thinking about how every song would translate live when making the album.
Logo's New Now Next Awards air Monday, April 9 at 10 p.m. on Logo & don't forget you can watch a livestream of the red carpet tonight!

Probably, but IMO the release and radio adds gap was too big, also it should've been out early January, with national tv promo to get the ball rolling, which they didn't do for AGES.

Can't wait for the red carpet tonight
I wonder what he will wear for his performance. Normally he would wear something over the top but his clothes have been more "normal" in this era so idk.
