Bey will most likely be performing last. They'll probably lump the tribute and her performance into an extended segment. If they split up the tribute and her performance then a good chunk of the show will revolve around her. Which would be AMAZING but I can't see them doing that. It only makes logical sense to save it all until the end.

The last performance is mostly resigned for Rock Bands "playing while exiting music". I hope its in the middle of the show.
A commercial-to-commercial segment is a full segment. It means that the tribute would take up the entire time from one commercial break to another. Her performance isn't part of the tribute, she's not honoring herself.
Of course not. My point is I don't see them doing tribute then straight to performance. But, there's no need for argument. We'll see!

Can u tell ur fav that if she doesn't want to sing, she shouldn't carry a microphone. I mean, she's taking us for dumb isn't she as she and we know she doesn't sing but keep having a mic.
