BISH WHERE.
So nice of Drake to wait until he got knocked out of his top 10 streak to actually release.

So according to some Perfect Illusion's streaming numbers are higher than predicted? Does this mean a potential Top 10 debut...or am I being delusional?

I suppose it's ok for Gaga since she's essentially been out of the pop game since DWUW back in November 2013....I just think a Top 10 would've started off this comeback era really well.
The only way it'll rise is if radio play continues to increase and she drops the music video this week.

15 is a disaster for a lead single. Especially considering that her debut will likely be her peak.

Kelsea Ballerini - "Peter Pan"
Quote:
"Peter Pan" is boosted by its 56 percent gain to 27,000 sold in the tracking week, according to Nielsen Music, as it jumps 8-3 on Country Digital Songs, helped by a 69-cent sale tag in the iTunes Store. The song has sold 432,000 downloads to date. On Country Streaming Songs, the single pushes 4-3 (2.9 million U. S. streams, up 1 percent).

That said, the song is up 1 percent in streams (to 14.1 million in the week ending Sept. 8); 41 percent of its weekly clicks are from Spotify, while YouTube claims 35 percent. D.R.A.M. - "Broccoli (feat. Lil Yachty)"
Quote:
“Broccoli’s” trip to the summit is supported in part by a 30 percent climb in streams (to 16.8 million) in the week ending Sept. 8 (according to Nielsen Music), its highest weekly stream count yet. That rise also lifting the track 2-1 on R&B/Hip-Hop Streaming Songs. A 2 percent jump in digital downloads (to 33,000) adds to its chart points sum as well.

Kanye West - "Fade"
Quote:
Kanye West picks up his 97th charting hit on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart as “Fade” bows at No. 39 on the Sept. 24-dated list. The entrance is a result of the track’s music video being widely released on Sept. 6 to YouTube, following an exclusivity period on Tidal. Overall streams for the song rise to 4.9 million (up 130 percent) in the week ending Sept. 8, according to Nielsen Music.
|
Aminé - "Caroline"
Quote:
Viral track-turned chart hit, “Caroline,” by new Republic Records artist Aminé, makes its Billboard Hot 100 debut at No. 96. The Portland rapper reaches a new weekly streaming high, with 4.4 million clicks supporting its chart bow (up 15 percent). The bulk of plays come from 2.6 million Spotify plays. A music video uploaded on June 1 has garnered 8 million views since its release.
Meanwhile, “Caroline” climbs 39-37 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs in its fourth charting week. In addition to streams, 8,000 downloads add to its chart points (down 1 percent), while it hops 16-13 on the Rap Digital Songs chart
