Depends on you babe. Do you want a more natural look, or do you want that highlighted undereye affect?

Concealer ---> BB Cream = more natural appearing face
BB Cream ---> Concealer = easier to work with makeup and highlight

I prefer the latter. i also feel putting foundation over concealer is hard to blend, but thats me.

Apparently Becca Cosmetics sent these particular eyeshadows to be formulated at a factory in China that they don't normally use & the quality was cheap and they still priced it at like $41 when the eyeshadows made in the lab sell for like $3 The people complained and they discontinued it, They also said they sent YouTubers eyeshadow palettes made in their original lab so they could do amazing reviews.

I'm mad cuz I wanted to buy the face palette

You can since bb cream is a. Very light formula. If it was foundation I'd advice to keep it light since you don't want too much product in the under eye.
Also since bb cream acts as a primer I would advice using it before concealer and putting it everywhere, even under the eye

I use Mac's pro long wear nourishing water proof foundation and I love it! MY SKIN FEELS AMAZINGGG

I also use Nars tinted moisturizer for when i'm out at the park

and for work I used ELF's tintef moisturizer ( which surprisingly works amazing)

I used to have CYSTIC acne so a lot of things break out my skin really bad but the elf one actually doesn't... and the coverage is cute

for concealer I alternate from Mac to LA Girl's HD concealer (super cheap but works AMAZING)
