How much emptiness is supposed to be there? Or is it low density?
If 87% is correct, 13% empty space or 1 empty seat in 8 should be visible. If it can't be seen in the seats, it has to be on the standing floor. Why would people "prefer" seats over getting close to Katy?
Age restriction of the standing area or parents not letting their teenagers go standing? This means Katy has recruited a lot of young fans since CDT, saw the seats selling fast and added more dates to give the young fans the chance to buy seat tickets.
She chosed that over the glory of having a lot of sold out dates. Just an investement for her next tour: Maximising the attendance now, planting seeds in the fans to ensure that they will return to her next tour, the young fans will become older and gain access to standing area.
I just want to see what's the logic/strategy behind the numbers. It makes sense to add dates without selling out the first date.
