I don't even watch
TRL anymore due to this, and boycotted the show live due to its recent anti-Alternative/Rock bias on its Top 10. BTW, Paramore was screwed out of retirement and was on 40 days, yet they let Flo Rida and Soulja Boy retire for 35+ days? Unfair. Well, at least the JRL Top 20 is the real old-school
TRL that is votes-only instead of other **** added on to the votes, and screws over Rap (esp. Gangsta, Soulja Boy/T-Pain-type rap) purposely in protest of the show's pro-Rap/Urban/Hip-Hop/R&B bias, and is the most Rock/Alternative-leaning of the Multi-genre vote-based c/ds. The regular countdowns twice a week thing is good to a certain extent, but from the
TRL P/ds standpoint, it is a terrible idea to do as it wreaks havoc with the p/ds.
