Political figures are usually referred to by last names out of respect. So it'd be nice if people in this thread stopped referring to her as "Hillary" and used her last name.

I usually flip flop between "Hillary" and "Clinton" because there's two and because she goes by Hillary more often, ex. her campaign being officially called Hillary for America. I just want to put that out there and apologize to Clinton supporters if it comes off as rude or, god forbid, sexist, and I try to use Clinton more.

It's true that there's two very influential Clintons out there but only one would be referred to about 99% of the time during the campaign this year. But hey, I'm seeing some "Clinton vs Bernie" posts so it evens out

There was a cutoff though, so most of the most recent polls should include them - and also, one poll of likely Democratic voters has her up by ten. It's in toss-up territory now for sure, but she has the edge.

She hasn't won anything. She's the ~presumptive nominee. They're counting pledged super delegates, but those delegates can't technically vote until the DNC.

Based on actual delegate votes however, there will likely still be a contested convention.

I know it was just a warning but as someone who has lurked(lol) here for years, i've seen some people gets points and banned over some completely random things that were not a big deal and didn't deserve that treatment. I dispute the language of "contested convention." It can't in actuality be "contested" - with two candidates in the race, there will be one winner on the first ballot.
