The death of r&b singer Aaliyah was shocking. She was only 22 years old and was just beginning to gain success as an actress. She starred in two movies, “Romeo Must Die” and “Queen of The Damned” and was set to star in “The Matrix”, “Honey” and “Sparkle” with Whitney Houston. It’s been 12 years and people are still questioning the plane crash that ended her life.
Aaliyah (and eight others on board) died in a plane crash on August 25, 2001 in Opa Locka, FL after filming her music video, “Rock The Boat”. It was reported that the plane, a Cessna 402B, crashed due to hundreds of pounds of luggage overloading it. It was reported that the pilot warned Aaliyah of the issue, but she insisted to get on the plane anyway.
A reader of The Afro Lounge dropped a link to a video that claims Aaliyah was murdered by her record label, Blackground, which happens to be owned by her uncle Barry Hankerson. Hankerson was married to Gladys Knight and he is also R Kelly’s former manager. He introduced Aaliyah to R. Kelly.
According to the video, Aaliyah was unhappy at Blackground records and because of it, she got out of her contract and signed a deal with Virgin records. The video shows clips of Aaliyah’s brother Rashad speaking of Blackground “throwing a lot on Aaliyah” before her death.
“The video was shot in Miami. Part of it. And then it was added on that she would have to go to the Bahamas and shoot some footage. When she saw the little plane, she really wasn’t too comfortable with that,” Rashad says.
Another interview added in the video is with Mary J Blige. I talked about this interview Mary did on 106 and Park regarding Aaliyah’s death:
“…I don’t even know what to say. Uh. I just know that, that was a murder. You know what I’m saying? That was a spiritual murder whether people know it or not because God don’t kill people. You know what I’m saying? Whether people know it or not. I could go deeper. For a lot of people I would really have to bring proof. You know what I’m saying? from what I learned. She was cut down from the prime of her life. It’s so unfair…I believe it wasn’t her time because from what I know, it ain’t suppose to go down like that. Simple obedience like, your gut always warns you. Your gut never lies to you. Something like luggage, clothes and jewelry and all this madness that we worship, it’s called false idols. We really need to look at the bigger picture right now and how honey could be here right now…”
The video alleges that the “Rock The Boat” video shoot was the first video Aaliyah’s brother, mother or father didn’t attend. The video claims that the Blackground intentionally scheduled it to be that way.
The video goes on the mention Barry Hankerson saying “if the crash is proven not to be an accident” during an interview and producer Timbaland claiming to have been black balled by Blackground. The video also shows a clip from singer JoJo, who is signed with Blackground, stating how she has had to take legal action against the label regarding her contract.
The video alleges that the label is now broke and is using Aaliyah’s unreleased music to put money back into their pockets.
I searched my fave's name on that website and this is the only thing that came up:
Quote:
Another “staple” in MK symbolism is Mickey Mouse ears (a reference to Mickey Mouse programming) and boy are they used in mass media. Here’s Carly Rae Jepsen sporting them.
I just looked into the Lina/Gaga theory and I didn't know that what people mean when they say "Lina Morgana ha!"
I found this interesting website http://vigilantcitizen.com/ and everything makes sense like... Our faves are literally not safe
Yass bish, i'm always perched on this website for their new feed
Starry Eyes is allegedly the perfect depiction of what every popstar has to go through
If there was a scale from 1 to 10
Then, my love for you is a million, billon
Boy, I'll love you till the day I'm dead So please, don't mess with my head
Please, don't mess with my head
I just finished reading every page of this thread no ragrets though there's a lot of interesting theories. The Britney, Rihanna and Avril ones are pretty interesting.
That creepy ass Nelly Furtado video you can legit hear her saying that stuff in the song wtf sketch.
Also I truly believe there's more to the story of Left Eye's death. Her documentary she filmed before she died is very eerie

YALL BETTER WATCH IT
That movie is on Netflix, I never paid it attention but I'll watch it now!
I don't get why y'all getting so scared with Nelly backward lyrics...Missy Elliott included backwards lyrics in "Work It" for example, and also Led Zeppelin used to do that iirc it's just a production decision, it's not like she's declaring her love for Satan in those lyrics ! She mentions elevators which kinda fits with the "I'm going down" theme of the song....
That Single Ladies "the world will not have fun, the world will bow to me"
They probably did that on purpose, no wonder we all started bowing down to her after that song. It hypnotised us all.
The Nelly one is funny too and definitely intentional, is it naive of me to think they just put it in there to be "edgy" or something instead of some higher power ****ing with our minds?
Paris Hilton (the real one) died of a coke over dose. That's why we don't see or hear of her anymore. She has had several clones and is on her 4th one supposedly.
Another Britney one: the real Britney died the night she was taken in by force to the Psych Unit. She supposedly yelled out to the media that she was the anti-Christ (completely out of her mind because her programming had totally screwed up). They found the damage was irreversible so they put her down and replaced her with a clone/look alike that has been severely sedated with antipsychotic medication meant for people who are bipolar. That's why after all that mess the new Britney was declared bipolar. To control her and to use the disorder as an excuse as to why the new Britney is in no way like the old one. Crazy how it's called BIPOLAR DISORDER and that it involves changes in mood and behavior. It also somewhat explains the differences between the new and old Britney. Her facial features/expressions, why she seems soulless (the meds), why she does very few interviews on tv, why she acted weird on X Factor, why she doesn't sing live, why all her music is auto tuned, why she hardly ever plays the piano (Britney played the piano but the new Britney supposedly learned a little bit just in case she had to play in front of anyone. Her long time fans know she plays so they had to keep that up.) etc. So the excuse is she is bipolar so she can't be like her old self. My little sister is bipolar and has taken different meds because of her mood swings/reactions to the meds. and at times she has gotten violent so her meds and dosages change from time to time. (My sister also has cerebral palsy so she takes meds to prevent her from getting seizures). I can tell which antipsych drugs people take depending on their behavior, because I've seen the various different effects of them on my sister. I am no doctor but I can tell when they swap Britney's meds. This story also said that Jamie Lynn was being used as her double when it comes to all her photo shoots. And that's why JL has no actual career, her career is helping her father and main handler continue this Britney charade.
I didn't believe the clone thing but what creeped me out was a few years after reading this when Britney came back during the FF era. She did an interview where she was talking about her sons. She said she was backstage with her oldest and he randomly asked her "when is the other Britney coming back?" And she explained that he sees her as two people: the Britney on stage/public who "performs" and the Britney who is his "mommy". The fact that her very young son asked "his mom" about "the other Britney" and when she was coming back. And her talking about it like it was natural freaked me out. To anyone else it was probably nothing, but for me after reading various conspiracies about her (from different people and the stories being similar/confirming other stories); that was honestly creepy.
Edit: I remembered an older Britney interview which was at her home in LA. (The interview was 10 years ago before her big fiasco). It was in her backyard and they (the cameras) didn't show anymore because they didn't want to give out the location in LA where she lived. Britney was so calm, relaxed, and sweet during the interview. She was normal! Talking and laughing like her natural old self . It is one of the very last interviews I saw of her like that. She answered the questions with more than one word responses (none of that cool and very interesting stuff). The one question i vividly recall out of all of it makes me sad to this day. The interviewer (a woman, I don't remember who it was) asked her what she wishes she could do. Her response was for her and her sons to go away to a remote place and be happy, away from it all. (She was still married to Kevin Federline at the time but didn't include him in her plans with her sons, . I was glad when I realized that ). The response itself surprised me tho. She wanted out of the business and said so herself. She also said she couldn't even go out for ice cream with a friend (like a normal person) because her life was so Overprotected (the name of one of her songs coincidentally). I'm sad just thinking about this interview.

I'm trying my best to remember. It was on tv during an entertainment segment on the news. I hardly ever watch the news but the tv was randomly on and I heard they were going to interview Britney and I immediately tuned in. She was rehearsing for the tour. She had changed her choreographer for the tour (last minute) and they were showing her in jeans and a blouse flying with her wings (like she does during one of her performances). I can't recall which song it is (I will have to watch my FF DVD to remember which song). I think it was KTLA 5 who interviewed her. I might look for the interview myself. Hopefully it's on youtube.
What about the Superbowl fiasco with Janet? Was that planned to assure her decline?
Yes! Exactly! Notice it was a Saturn ring (Sun God worship) and JT (one of the biggest handlers in the industry left unscathed. It was the perfect case of clearing the way so the next group of icons could emerge.

I read somewhere that she did that for Michael. She ruined her career (Nipplegate and the bomb of an album that was Damita Jo) because the media was focusing too much on her brother and his latest trial/molestation scandal. JT became the IT male pop singer while MJ was getting dragged thru the dirt . Janet did what she could to get some of the pressure off of her brother.
