Moby's production is
sick—the subtle flute, the careening synths and that haunting distorted background chorus work so well. But Britney's delivery kills as well. She gives me everything in that "Let's do it again" right before the middle eight.

That's funny, because listening through the album again, "Me, Myself and I" was the biggest non-factor for me. I used to love it, but it left me cold this time. I don't really believe Bey's rage anymore. It feels very dispassionate, like she can't quite fully channel the emotion.

Since when don't Britney fans like "Shadow"? I feel like they're the only ones who truly appreciate it. Didn't the critics put it on blast when it first came out?

It's funny, I never used "Dirrty" before this album rate, but something about it just clicked with me listening to
Stripped again. It's got such an infectious energy. I like that Christina isn't taking herself so seriously on this one.

Wow, I'm kind of shocked not to see this one in the top 10. I won't be throwing any fits, though. The song is lovely, but it's very conventional and of its era; while it may be a classic, it's still no best-of-decade triumph. It's not even the best on the album: "Cruz" is the gorgeous ballad that was truly ripped off in this game.
And I expected Beautiful to be in the top 3. It's the best song Xtina ever done in her life.
