mxtthew, you didn't send a deadline reminder at all, and most of yesterday I was busy co-hosting my end of semester party at my house, and then today I went to my dogwalking job, and while I was there, my boss was setting up for a pool party, and she said I could stay and get some food. I hadn't decided on a song to send in yet until today, because I wanted to make sure I sent in something good instead of rushing a song in, and I was going to send in my song plus a backup when I got home, which I just did...but nope. You always have to use the British time zone for everything and I'm 8 hours behind you here in California.

And the few availabilities I was on, I was updating my game or reading the news on Christina and the Orlando shooting. And casting some game votes here and there.

Not everyone is from Britain mxtthew. There are still some Americans in the game remaining.

This is ****ed up by all means. You know that I've always sent in each round and one reminder would not have killed you. It's as if you acted like I didn't care about the game anymore so you decided to just go on without me without even bothering to message me.

Sis, I'm American too. All you have to do is search whatever time in Google and it brings up what it would be in your time zone. We had like two or three days for this as well

Results were on Friday. That only gave us two days. I was starting to listen to possible entries on Friday but I hadn't made a final decision yet until today. This is such a broad theme but I wanted to send something that I liked that would do well as well.

Other ATRL hosts would send out deadline reminders, and mxtthew did not.

You need to get over the idea that every thing is Mxtthew's fault. We're near the end of the game and Mxtthew doesn't need to babysit you to make sure you submit your songs on time. Take ownership for once and realize that you were the one that missed the deadline and stop trying to blame other people for it.

I wouldn't have missed the deadlne if he just sent a reminder. Just ONE friendly reminder. People can get busy sometimes - just like when Kamil had work that one round. ONE reminder would not have killed him, and you know damn well I would have sent since I've been sending in all game.

Just like you Americans like to use your time zones, he's welcome to use his own as it's most convenient for him.

Remainders are a courtesy. It's on you to send in on time.

I mean, generally I extend the deadline if someone lets me know that they are busy. If you communicate, then I'll communicate. But when you get to the top ten in a game, you kind of just expect people to care about it enough to follow the rules

I'm also having to work deadlines around my own schedule. It was past the deadline so I sent out a link. Had I not I sent it out last night, I wouldn't have been able to do it until Tuesday

Ok, but if you know a contestant hasn't messaged you, and they have been consistently sending in rankings and songs, then you would know it's out of character for them not to submit anything. ONE friendly reminder would not have hurt. I've been very vocal the entire game so you shouldn't have just automatically assumed I didn't care this round. And I wasn't having trouble. I was debating on a few songs the past couple days, even during the party I thought a little, but I hadn't set anything in stone on Saturday because my party started at 2 and the last of my friends didn't leave till 11:30. After that I was consolidating all the party plates and cups left behind and putting milkshakes in the fridge and stuff so I could clean more in the morning.

Then that morning, I was focusing on getting my regular chores taken care and i'm generally not on in the morning that much - my Mom would get mad at me if i was on this too much while getting things done. So I wasn't thinking about song choices that much. And I also had to get cleaned up and ready to head to my dogwalking job, my only source of money right now until my job interview with Six Flags tomorrow. And like I said, it wasn't until then that I finally decided on a song choice plus a back-up. And again, I was going to send once i got home.
