Deleting emails after a subpoena is issued, is illegal.
Also she swore before the Benghazi committee and said she turned over all of her work related emails to the State Department and James Comey came out and said that he found thousands of work-related emails, hundreds of which contained classified information, as part of the 33,000 emails deleted off the server.
