They can release new music right after their previous eras just ended & don't face the risk of overexposure declining their sales. It's really weird, though.
I've lived in Mexico all my life, and have never heard a country song on radio or somewhere else.
If you go to the Mexican iTunes you won't find a lot of country.
It's something normal, you won't find Regional Mexican music on the US iTunes store neither.
