Gaga had a lot more going on in 2015 than Katy did. We all know this. Katy was never an option for WOTY, I expected Taylor to get it actually but I guess they didn't want to give it to the same person twice in a row, especially someone who had already had it twice before. Gaga was a good selection.

I've already exhausted my thoughts on EDIAH going #1. I don't see why it can't with the right first week promo campaign.

I don't want to undermine her win because she was a deserving winner, but I do think Taylor Swift was the clear winner of 2015. 1989's continued domination, becoming the first platinum album of 2015, two #1 singles (Blank Space, Bad Blood) two more Top 10 singles (Style, Wildest Dreams), the 1989 Tour being a huge success, Emmy win, Grammy nominations, 2x 1B viewed videos, breaking VEVO views record with Bad Blood, breaking pop radio adds record with Wildest Dreams... she's had a colossal year. So I do think Gaga's selection was, not by "default", but as a result of "If not Taylor, who?"... makes more sense to give it to Gaga who has had a similarly huge year (just on a smaller scale) who has never won it before, than to give Taylor her third WOTY title, and back-to-back too.

Chamberpop is too specific to be fake. Obviously something big is coming on October 30th for them not to include it as a possible release (the Friday between those... Adele's lead perhaps?) That's probably the only reason why they'd consider an October release. November sounds more practical.

I looked up chamberpop and there was a lot of Lana Del Rey. I mean like LDR but not in an X-Mas single.
