Changing your avatar wont necessarily get you the award but ok. Y'all have 2 weeks to make an impression anyways. The Navy nominations should be cumulative. Plus new new signups cant be nominated (Oct 2012 -current) as you guys havent been here long enough yet. Even though thats always been a rule, Im just putting it out there from early. So dont be too disappointed when you dont make it on a ballot.
