IFPI includes ringtones, music video sales, etc. and how do you know they didn't come from the US?
Because it's a generic dance/club track. It probably won't do **** for next era.
It did okay worldwide at best.
there were millions of songs that could make the IFPI top 10 over "Circus" .... So it doesn't matter if it includes ringtones, music videos, etc, since that applies for all the songs released that year, not only to "Circus".
It doesn't matter if "S&S" will help next era, is a smash hit and period.
I feel like a lot of Britney fans tend to overrate everything in between ITZ and Blackout eras, just because she was the one in control and writing most of that stuff.
That said, there were a few gems that came out at that time. 'And Then We Kiss' is still amazing.
for example I didn't like "My prerogative" that much initially, but then the song grew on me over the years, so now I tolerate it and like it ..... that hasn't happened to me with "Do something" yet., for some kind of reason I still don't like it.
I was obsessed with both songs everytime MTV played their videos... MP was sexier but DS was funnier
No, knowledge and power. You still have a chance to get there. Crosses fingers for you.

Britney's My Prerogative ***** on the original
Why lie, though.
But yes at someone clocking the lessers for thinking Do somethin is a great song.
Should have released My Prerogative and then I just begun having my fun. It only made sense for the era.
I need to get a new copy of GH:MP Back in 04 when I got it, my brother took the booklet and I pulled on it to get it back in it ripped and then I dropped the case and it cracked all in the same day The CD still works though.

GH:MP spirit indestructible...serving influence for Nelly furtado.
The only problem I have with GH:MP is that the track list literally seems like a random shuffle.
Why is everytime and baby one more time next to one another and then sometimes is randomly at the end and not a girl in front of I just begun having my fun and do somethin'
I mean, they could have at least tried to make it seem like they cared.

And then we kiss>Someday> I just begun>My prerogative> Chaotic (the song)> Do somethin' with this basic azz song
I would add The answer and don't hang up but they were ITZ 2.0 so...
